This master plan effort includes a robust stakeholder collaboration process. The basic process includes technical stakeholder collaboration and community stakeholder collaboration. Outreach efforts include:

  • Project Website — Intended as a first stop for obtaining both at-a-glance updates and detailed technical information.
  • eBlasts — Sign-up for eBlasts here to obtain the latest information directly.
  • Newsletters — Two plan newsletters will be developed and made available on the project website intended to encapsulate need to know information in a convenient, printable package.
  • Stakeholder Meetings — Two public information sessions will be conducted at key points in the planning process. This is an opportunity to learn about and contribute directly to the master planning process by interacting with the Airport and consulting staff preparing the plan. The meetings will be announced on the Home page and via eBlast and Newsletter.

Additionally, two stakeholder committees, the Technical Advisory Committee and the Citizens Advisory Committee, have been established to guide the communication process and provide valuable feedback. These committees will meet three times each during the project.

Who can be involved?

All Stakeholders—Airport users, tenants, operators, approving agencies, dependent businesses, planning organizations, economic agencies, area businesses, area residents, the FAA, and the BAA.
